Thank you for your interest in Learning Links.
Before you get started we would like to get a better idea of who is reviewing the modules. You will be asked to complete a form with questions about your work and about you and then be directed to complete a short questionnaire. Completing these two forms should take between 5-10 minutes. You will then be ready to start reviewing the Learning Links modules you have been assigned. Once you have completed your review, you will be directed to complete a questionnaire that will allow you to express your opinions about the process and results of reviewing the modules.
We want you to feel comfortable in freely expressing your opinions with the knowledge that your identity will be kept confidential. Results will be presented in aggregate, however, illustrative excerpts may be used as long as they can be presented in a way that will not permit identification. All identifying information included in your responses will be removed and will not appear in the presentation of results.
